GREETER
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Host / Greeter to join our team.
This person is the first impression our guests receive when they walk through the door—and plays an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
• Manage the reservation and wait lists
• Coordinate seating and table availability
• Help control the flow and pacing of the dining room
• Communicate with servers and management to keep service running smoothly
• Give guests accurate wait times and keep them informed
• Handle busy periods calmly, professionally, and with a great attitude
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Naturally friendly and comfortable talking with people
• Organized and able to keep track of multiple things at once
• Confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• A strong communicator and team player
• Able to stay calm and welcoming even when there’s a line at the door
Restaurant experience is helpful, but the right personality, work ethic, and ability to stay organized are just as important.
